Important Exhibition Rules

  • The weekly court rental includes flooring only.
  • Trestle tables are not permitted.
  • The mall enforces a height restriction of 1,8 metres, so gazebos, umbrellas and teardrop banners are not allowed.
  • Acceptable displays include pull-up banners, light boxes, A-frames and Perspex information holders.
  • Set-up must be completed by 09:00 every Tuesday morning.
  • Dismantling is allowed only from 19:00 onwards on Monday evenings.
  • Exhibition stands must be staffed at all times and operated in accordance with the mall’s trading hours.
